MD3420. Return code: Error 1007

Question

Hi there Im tyng to increasy capacity of my VD add two new disks. The error says that can't comunicate with the RAID but I have ping with booth of them. Atacched error. Hello monsiboney,

When you look in the hardware tab of MDSM is there a red x on either controller? If you look in the recovery guru is there any errors that are listed? Was there a controller that has been replaced recently or rebooted recently?
