DD2500 Data Domain maintenance

Good Day
Not being an admin - I am looking for information on routine maintenance tasks our admins should be performing on our DD2500s/DD2200s. Is there a location that DELL/EMC provides this information?
I am fine with doing the grunt work, I just need a tip on where to start!

What kind of tasks are you looking for?
Monitor active alerts.
Keep track of the space usage and never let it goes above 90%.

indeed besides looking into active alerts (if not hooked up to a SNMP monitoring tool) that can be send by mail also and keeping track of the available space, there is nothing else besides doing DDOS upgrades. But as you stated that you are not the admin, you wouldn't be doing any upgrades yourself I guess?
If it is under support, then it would mail any alerts to Dell (if configured that is, either directly or through being hooked up to ESRS), like broken disks and what not. You would only have to coordinate a process for getting an engineer access, if nothing automated has been put in place for that.
