Error Installing DD OS Data Domain 2500

Hello, we have a DD 2500, which I am trying to reinstall the operating system.

All right until the beginning of the operating system setup, which follows with this error:

/ usr / bin / dd if = / dev / zero of = / dev / dm-1 count = 1024 seek = 1 bs = 512 [err_nr = 1]

I have already changed the position discs several times to validate the integrity of the disks, but all 12 disks in position 0 generate the same error.

Any tips that can help me will be helpful.
