If you are talking about DDBOOST RMAN plugin for Oracle, it's seperate license. They charge per Front End TB (Pre-comp).
Else, from regular Oracle backup from Netbackup/Avamar, they are covered under backup software licenses but integration is better with dedicated DDBOOST plugin/API.
