Replicate DDBoost-Over-Fiber Data Without AIR

Hello,

I'm running Symantec Netbackup with the OST Boot plug-in boosting to a DD900. I need to replicate this boosted data to another DD990 (remote site) and import this data into a master server. Is this possible without using AIR to replicate the Netbackup catalog? I currently do this with VTL, basically a poor man's DR, just doing an tape inport at the remote site. Any way to import boosted data this way?
