Use Case(s) for Avamar integration with DD ??
Can someone share what are the possible use cases for Avamar integration with DD? If DD is used as the target with Avamar Virtual Node or Avamar single node, where the dedup will occur (source or target)?

dedupe occurs upon ingest of every byte at DDR....

Avamar agent/proxy uses ddboost library to talk to DD so you don't even send the chunks that are already present on DD.
