There is something similar, but used by DD folks to estimate usage.  As mentioned last year, somewhere next year we should also see virtualized DD which comes close to that.  If you wish to get a feel of it, you should talk to you representative to see if you can get access to vLab for DD and play for limited time there to learn it.  No other options exists as far as I know.
