This is the job name as returned by NetWorker, so is all DPA can show. I believe in NetWorker 9.0.1 it was enhanced so that the job/save set name now shows as "MSSQL: Database name". If you use this version then the database name should also show up in the job name in DPA.
I'm not sure this information is available to DPA. In Avamar, we can set a (long) list of inclusions or exclusions in a Backup Job. However, all of the fields in the Backup Job Detail reports lack the backup selection list. I've tried a few custom reports, too, and I can't find a report that seems to include a field that would have this.
I suggest opening an SR with EMC Support and see if there's a way to get this information, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
