Scheduled hour vs Email notification Hour

Hi every one, I discovered that the reports on DPA are being recieved 1 hour after. For example the schedule is Every Day at 8AM , DPA executed the report at 7 am,

 

1. The hour from the App and DB servers (SO Win Servers) are Ok.
2. The schedule config is in the right time zone

What i am missing?
