Thanks for the info. I don't know if those notes apply to 3.6.1, which is the version we're running currently.
But the actual error message is under the Enrvironment section and is: "Unable to complete the operation Get Realtime Temperature because the device did not respond" or "..Get Realtime Power...", depending on which component is errororing.
Question for you, Justin, do you know if the server itself is able to read temperature values? I see that you and Shine had touched on this a little bit (power values, more specifically), but I was hoping to confirm whether the base data is at least showing up for you in either the iDRAC or OpenManage. I think there is a distinct chance the error Charles found may still be relevant, but confirming the presence of the base data makes sense to me, since we've done a fair amount of communication troubleshooting in the thread.
Hi Justin gray, at this point -since you applied latest versions across the board- at this point I would suggest you re-install these one more time- delete, reboot and re-install.

I apologize, it is what the main checkmark on the Device page is
Green means the last one was good, or you can go to the Alerts pane and search for the Node in question.

Yes, iDRAC shows temp data and OMEnt shows what appears to be accurate temp data that updates every so often as I watch it (in between the errors).
Here's an instance where both errored at the same time. Again, sometimes it's one or the other, sometimes both at the same time:

That is essentially what I did, as these symptoms were present in the previous version (ISM was 3.6 and OMSA 9.5).
I always uninstall previous versions and do a clean install (as opposed to an in-place upgrade), as I've had issues with OMSA upgrades in the past.
As this seems to be limited to the one server (possiblly an iDRAC v8 thing) that is close to EOL, I'm not going to spend any more cycles on it.
Thanks all for the suggestions.
