How to set up a static IP (solution), network settings

Question

'lo folks, when deploying the OME it looks like we cannot enter a static IP address because if we only use the up and down arrow, there is no way to change the IP fields. is the answer . it will move you to the correct field then you can set up whatever you want. This could be explained as it is not intuitive. Uncheck DHCP if necessary Use to move to the IP field Use left/right arrow to move into the field. Set up the static information   Apply

Hi,

just as a quick follow-up, using tab is kind of usual in the linux world.

What took me off guard is the fact that the static IP fields are colored pink, + the fact that up/down arrows don't move the cursor into those fields led me to think for a while that we couldn't do that.
