This may not be your issue, but for us it was the location of our security group. We had kept our security groups outside of the users folder where OME was unable to access it. Once we moved the group it showed up by searching (though it did require an appliance reboot).
thanks for your Response. I posted our LDAP tree. I tried to test it after I added users to root, but it wasn't successful. Regulary I want to use a Group that is located in ou=Groups. Any Ideas what I have to do to get it funtional?
