From my understanding it looks to be working as designed, now it appears to have a built in workaround which should ignore those attributes, as seen on page 103 here.
As far as adding a feature request I would need a svc tag in order to be able to, but I am not sure it would be needed.
Thank you for your reply. I agree features/workflow is "working as designed" if you enforce using virtual identities and probably to prevent using misconfigured or empty identity pools. But if you want to stay with factory assigned values (MAC, WWpN) you are currently unable to proceed with deploying a Template to a Server profile as process checks for and does not allow for non-configured or empty pools. Server profile is however a must for blade servers, as otherwise you are unable to assign VLANs etc. (can only be defined in a Template) to establish any network communication with MX switches and uplinks (well unless we would go and configure ports in CLI in OS10 but that would be a big conflict with idea of Smart Fabric).
