I've changed the community string to what my organization uses and clicked the apply button but when I check the setting again the next day it has changed back to the default of public.
No Events found!

It depends where are you located and the service tag
Here you can insert the service tag and it gives you the phone number

Hi,
I got in touch with the ProSupport. It took some weeks to analyze the problem and eventually they fixed it.
They said that there is a problem with a cleanup task that runs every night at 1 am and the problem will be fixed for everyone with next update.
In my case a hotfix has been applied.

I raised a case and working with dell team but case number will more helpful and issue will fixed soon
