Hi, it could be regarding the current catalog. You can try to create a custom repository or single DUP file to single device method.

I'm not sure what causes that. I couldn't find a similar problem so far. If network configuration and firewall settings are to ensure that they are not blocking the download, I can recommend contacting the support team for further investigation.
