Adding Storage to Additional RAID-5

Question

I have a PowerEdge T430 with 3x 960GB SSD's configured in RAID 5. I would like to add another drive to this configuration. I did find the following LINK. It shows how to add it from OpenManage and it's pretty self-explanatory. Do I need to do anything in BIOS/anywhere else as well? On another relate note. When I install new drive into the chassis, Will the new drive appear in the new physical disk list?

Hi,Can you private message me the service tag so we can get some additional system information?Those are the correct instructions, you do not need to do anything else besides in OMSA and the drive should be detected once you insert it.

Any additional steps for adding SSD's or does it follow the same steps as HDD's?
