Date and Time Alert
Hi to all
I have a little problem. The time of the trap are 3 hours difference. Where the OpenManager Essentials takes this long?
Ex: Current time: 08:00
HoraTrap: 11:00
Could anyone help me?

The date time of the OpenManage server and server Monitored are equal.
I did a test Increasing the temperature and the trap is immediate, but the time is still three hours apart.

Can you clarify?
Are you saying that the timestamp for the alert in the OME "Alert Console" is off by 3 hours?
Or are you saying the email is arriving 3 hours late?
Please double check the OME console preferences and confirm the time zone settings sections look correct.
You may also use the Dell Troubleshooting tool Trap Listener test or Wireshark. The TS tool is installed on your OME desktop. Wireshark can be downloaded. You can check the time that is displayed in those tools and rule out OME as an issue (or confirm).
