ESX Alert for removed disk
I'm running OME 1.1 with an PE2950 running ESX 4.0. The server has Server Admin 6.1 running on it.
OME discovered it, classified it as a Server, and inventoried it correctly.
I removed one disk from the RAID5 set. At the next status poll, OME reported a warning in the Device Summary. (Health Status yellow). But I didn't receive an alert in the OME console, or an email (I have email alerts configured for all events for "Servers").
Is there some other step I'm missing? I want to make sure I get emails about hardware events on these servers.

Hi Bill,
Can you double check to ensure you have done the step necessary to direct the SNMP traps from the ESX host to the OME server?
There should be a ESX tutorial in the OME console to provide some detail.
