The person who initially set up the appliance points out that the VM runs a VNC server. (Which is a GUI, graphical user interface.) The "console" (and the TUI running thereunder) is presented in the terminal simulator via VNC, even though no console is presented via the usual KVM virtual console that I normally connect to using
The best quasi explanation I have found so far is this article: How to Collect Debug logs in OpenManage Enterprise. The article contains the following hint: "Log in to the VM Console (Text user interface)." But it really only lists VMWare and HyperV. (The linked video also only shows these two hypervisors.) When I try to access my OME virtual machine's console in KVM, there is no TUI. The console shows absolutely nothing.
So, the question is: How to invoke OME TUI in KVM?

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell. As far as I know, it supports hypervisors for Windows and VMware, not Linux. Sorry I couldn't be of help this time.
