Integrating with BMC remedy

Thoughts on integrating and extending alerts or cases created by OME\SupportAssist and porting it to BMC Remedy for tickting ?

Hi there,

Yeah, this is a great question.  I'd love to get feedback from someone who has done this.

We have a sample alert email action that can be used to integrate with the KACE ticketing system.  Does Remedy support opening tickets via email?  If so, a similar approach may work.  We can also create alert actions to run batch scripts.  If Remedy has a CLI, perhaps this would be another way.
