This looks like an insert data error during inventory phase. Typically next inventory cycle will be able to insert the data. Do you have local or remote DB? For remote DBs, network latency may be playing a role. For local DBs, you can check if the hardware configuration meets the recommended criterion as mentioned in the inline help.
