OME stuck on loading screen after IP change
Hey all,
I recently setup and configured OME, everything was working great, and I was preparing to roll out to our entire environment. Yesterday I needed to change the IP address of the VM that OME was hosted on, and since that time, when I log in to OME, it just sits on the loading screen.
I have checked and verified all of the services are running, the DB is mounted, etc., and looked through the event log but not seeing any errors.
Any ideas where I can look to resolve this issue? I can reinstall, but would like to use what I have already started working on.

Hi and thanks for the question.
Can you confirm you rebooted/restarted the VM before trying to run OME again?
Changing the IP address really should not impact OME.
But changing the system name or adding it to a domain might break it.
And...don't do this unless you need to...but you could check the Server Certificate in IIS. Delete the cert and restart IIS if it is bad. Run OME, it will error the first time and work after that.
