OpenManage Essentials E-mail alert
Hello
While implementing DOE, I've run into a problem.
If an alert i triggered on a server, I don't get an e-mail, although this is configured.
The e-mail test functions perfectly, and I recieve an e-mail when pressing the button.
There is no antivirus on the server running DOE that could block it.
Please help :-)

Hi and thanks for the post.
It looks like we are in the process of fixing a few issues on the mail feature. A few users have been reporting trouble with it depending on their environment.
It may be related to account authentication in your exchange environment. Review this thread. At the end I discuss some of the changes we are making to fix some of these problems and a possible workaround that may allow you to test out the feature.
Also note that some special characters--such as parens () in the subject line may cause trouble.
