Hi Ron thanks for the post.

I believe you should just be able to hit "Enter" in the message body to add a carriage return to the message.  Does this work for you?

Thanks much,

Rob

Are you using build 30?  It seems to work ok.  Here is a screen shot.

Thanks!

Yes I have build 1.0.0.30 running and now my problem has been solved. I re-editied the email alert action again and now it is working with real alerts coming in but if you send a test email alert it still only comes in on a single line. As long as the real alerts come through ok I am fine :-).

Thanks for your help.

Have you tried an actual alert/email to see if it works?  The reason I ask is because I thought there was a defect when using the "Test" button where the CR is stripped.  But pretty sure it worked with a real trigger.

Let me know and I'll double check on my end.

Thanks,

Rob

I'm running OME 1.0.1.1253 and having this same issue. There doesn't seem to be any formatting or control characters that work to get a line feed or carriage return.

You are right Rob. The test button is broken, but the real trigger shows the CR.

Thank you for your help on this one! I hope they fix it in the next release.
