Questions for setup centralised Dell OpenManage service

Hello,

We have lots of offices at diff locations(US, Canada, Jamaica, NewZealand & India). We would like to make one Centralised Dell OpenManage server at one location (US). and queries are

(1) Each locations have there own central server which communicate and download update from Centralised server.

(2) All locations should get update from Centralised server.

(3) servers from all locations should share report with Centralised server.

Are these possible? Please send your suggestions for these queries.
