Hi Kent, thanks for the query.
Can you run Troubleshooting tool WMI test against this server and share the results? This tool gets installed along with OME.

Seems like Dell namespace (added by OMSA) are not available through WMI. I would suggest you to restart OMSA services or reboot the target server then discover it again in OME.
