I figured this one out. I needed to add a custom certificate to the bindings. I didn't delete any bindings, but added a new one with our internal certificate, and a few other small tweaks.

Hmmmm, not sure if there is an easy way to do this. You might have to make DNS server changes on your site.
If you try to fiddle with the IIS settings, you could goof up the certificate stuff.
