30 DELL Vostro 330 computers in a lab setting bluetooth issue

We are seeing issues with the mouse cursor disappearing from these all in ones we have in two of our labs. We have tried disabling bluetooth and removing the mice, keyboards and nano dongle USB devices on a few of them but the issue still persists. Bear in mind there are thirty machines in each lab.

Has anyone else seen a similar issue? Conventional wisdom tells us it's bluetooth interference between the other computers. However after replacing the wireless keyboard and mouse on one of the desktops today, we still experienced the issue.

Thanks!

Hi TheBUNKY1974,

The cursor issue might be happening due to the drivers, please use the below link and update Bluetooth drivers.

 www.dell.com/.../vostro-330

If it doesn’t fix please write back with the mouse and keyboard model number so that we can check the details about the product and help you further
