64 bit PCI slot

I think that there are a few models of Precision Workstations that will work for me, but I'd like a recommendation on one with a 64 bit PCI slot.  I have an Adaptec 29160 that I need to run off of it at the full 64 bits and can't seem to find many detailed specs on the slots on each Dell system.

Can someone give me a recommendation on a Dell system with 64 bit PCI slots?  Also, is a 64 bit PCI slot the same as PCI-X?  I've seen the same terms used close to each other, but couldn't figure it out.

Thanks!
Drew

The 64/66 & 64/133 refer to bus length in bits & the speed that the data in transferred in:

The 530, 650, 670 have the 64-bit Bus, the 530&650 transfers at 66 MHz (I could be incorrect). The 670 has three PCI 64 slots that transfers at PCI-X 133 MHz speed.

You will need to search Dell’s document website to determine your systems PCI speed.

At any rate both the SCSI controller card and the PCI slot must be PCI-X compliant, otherwise the speed will default to the card max transfer rate.
