ALL in One Dell Inspiron onenot switching on

My dell computers just switched off this morning. I have tried switching it on and an orange light came up but switched off soon after. I disconnected the power supply and all appliances and even switched on off and on the main power supply but no change. Can someone please help because I am really desperate as all my work stuff is stored on the pc.
