Battery from Dell?
My XPS18 needs a new battery and I wanted to purchase an original Dell battery but I can't find one on Dell's parts site--and the customer service people are clueless. There are many tutorial videos showing how to replace the battery yourself which is what I intend to do. Is there a trusted site to purchase a NEW battery?

Parts-people.com is quite reputable and carries only OEM Dell parts.

XPS 1810 & 1820 battery part numbers =
63FK6 69WHR, 8C, Lithium, Simplo
D10H3 69WHR, 8C, Lithium, Sanyo
Do an internet search for the Dell part number.
