Cable attached to IDE 2
How can I tell if the cables attached to IDE2 can handle DMA transfer of 5. IDE 2 currently connected to NEC CD Rom and Sony CD-RW drive. They look the same as the ones attached to IDE 1. Is there something that identifies them??

Perhaps I should have been more specific. If I attach a hard drive to this IDE2 can I change the DMA transfer mode in system setup to facilitate the transfer of drive C to the hard drive attached to IDE2. Can the cable handle this transfer speed?
