Can I upgrade my CPU?!
Hi all
I want to change my i3 cpu to i5 or i7 but I don't know if my optiplex 3010 motherboard supports any of the i5 or i7 cpus
The motherboard information :
model optiplex 3010
Chipset intel Ivy Bridge rev.9
southbridge Intel H61 rev. B2

The OptiPlex 3010 supports both the i3 and i5 3rd Gen, processors, but not the i7.
It's always handy to include in a post, which version of the OptiPlex 3010 you have, the Mini Tower, Desktop, or the Small Form Factor.
