Change BIOS Settings within Windows via EXE

We have a few hundred Optiplex 755's, 270's, and 320's deployed in seven different locations around the city. We need to change a BIOS option on all few hundred machines because none of them are set up for WOL.  Is there a EXE, batch file, or any other kind of program that I can deploy to change the BIOS settings within Windows or Active Directory Startup Scripts?
