DELL VOSTRO 270 dead and not found by Service Tag

This is a DELL VOSTRO 270

Searcing by servicetag 9S***V1, its not found.
It also have a Express Service tag 2133***4221
None of this is helping me.

Spoke to a technician on DELL, he said thats wierd...
He could not explain it.
And he could not find it by service tag.

Anyway, the problem has escalated.
At first, the PC started to give bluescrens.
Didnt matter if I reinstalled Windows (10)
Then suddenly the screen went totally black on boot.
The fans and lamps worked , but nothing at all on the screen.

Then I tried to reset Bios.
After that its totally dead, nothing happens when hitting start button.

I would like a service manual, need to see what the jumpers for Bios is doing.

I removed HDD, DVD, RAM and tried, still nothing.

I tested the PSU, its OK

What can I do now ?

Apologies, but there is no service manual available for the motherboard, as it is proprietary. You will have to purchase another motherboard either from Dell Spare parts or the internet.

If you use a power strip or surge protector, remove those and connect PC directly to a known working outlet.

Is the Power LED on rear of the PC on or off when plugged directly into the wall outlet?

You can try this:

Power off and unplug cord from both rear of PC and from the wall

Press/hold power button on front of PC for ~30 sec

If you have it, move the voltage selector switch back and forth a few times. Make absolutely CERTAIN PC is unplugged first and that you reset the switch to the correct voltage again before going any further.

Reconnect power cord to rear of PC

Plug cord into working outlet and see if it boots now

If still not working and Power LED on rear of PC is off, then it's possible the power supply failed.
