DELL XPS 8700 BLUETOOTH PROBLEMS

hi all,have a problem with my pc, its a blue tooth issue. when i go into devices and printers, im greeted by a little yellow triangle, when i do a little rooting around i found out its a issue with the blue tooth. it say its a blue tooth peripheral device, iv tried all the obvious things like,

updating the device driver

installing it and reinstalling it

my dell cant solve the problem

tried downloading the software direct from Intel(its a Intel 6235 card)

it also says a digital signer;Not digitally signed

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

basically the computer does not know what the device is.it im not great at these kind of problems so any help would be great,below is a list of system specs to help also

my system is a xps 8700 which came with windows 8 installed,

it now has windows 7 ultimate installed

2tb hd

32ssd

16g ram

nvidea card

just had a fresh reboot to try and solve the problem
