Dell 2320 green horizontal stripe

Dell 2320 New

There's a green horizontal stripe across the videos I'm trying to watch, both on Facebook and on Youtube. I've tried to play videos in both Google chrome and in Internet Explorer but it doesn't work either, i've also tried to re-install both Firefox and flash but it just doesn't make a difference. I have tried to down load a new nvidia driver from their web site using the auto software but it will not load (Nvidia GEFORCE GT525M)

This will be occurred when hardware acceleration is activated in Flash Player.

To deactivate right click on flash player and click select.

then untick HARDWARE ACCELERATION.

What about at other times? If the green stripe show up all the time it could be either a monitor or video card issue. If it is only showing up what you post then you might need to update your flash program go HERE and download and install the latest version of flash player

DVD plays okay. It’s only when I am viewing online material i.e. bbc news. The colours are also out of phase  and at the end of the clip Explore crashes and I need to re start it
