Dell 27" Ultrasharp Monitor 2709W Vertical and Horizontal Lines above image
My Dell 27" monitor have horizontal and vertical lines above image. The image ok is but lines is contrast and sharp. Please help me to solve this problem?

We need to see pictures of all the colored screens when running the BID (Built-In Diagnostics). On the monitor.

As I previously stated, you MUST show pictures of the monitor running the BID. If the test comes back that the monitor is defective and you are within your warranty, you can click the link below for monitor replacement.
