Dell Inspiron 7459 Shuts Down while in use

My 7 mo old Dell Inspiron 7459 All-in-one (Tag ) shuts down randomly even when I am working with it. Sleep, Hibernate and Shutdown options all set to "Never" in Windows 10. Seems to be a hardware issue.

To start back up I have to unplug and plug back in. Power button doesn't start unit.

Anyone know how to correct this?

Please remove your service tag from your post ASAP. Consider your service tag to be private info and never disclose it to anyone other than a Dell employee. And certainly don't post it in an open forum like this.

Version of Windows?

Reboot and IMMEDIATELY press F12. Look for the option to run the diagnostics on the F12 menu, including RAM and extended hard drive tests. Copy down any error messages.

Since you're under warranty, you may want to contact Dell Tech Support for assistance, though they will only provide free support for hardware issues, not for software issues...

usually it's overheat. Try to clean the dust on the fan blades.
