It's the Prescott P4 Kit, 670, 3.80GHz, 2MB, 800FSB, but you seem to have one of the fastest supported processor for the OptiPlex GX 620 already, so it may not worth the cost of upgrading.

Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad processors are not supported.

Hear, hear. If you want to increase the performance of this machine, your options are mostly limited to an SSD, more memory and a better video card.
Users, including myself, have tried installing Core 2 CPUs in GX620s with no success. (In my case, it was an E6300.)

You will need to upgrade to a newer Optiplex Like a 755 or better tower and 64 bit windows 7 to see more improvement.
The 620 does not work with 64 bit windows to any advantage and is limited to 3.5 gigs ram regardless of OS OR CPU.
