Boot into the Bios- Onboard Devices and turn the USB Controller to Off. If that doesn't fix the errors, then the only fix is to replace the motherboard.

Clear the Bios VIA Jumper OR remove battery and it will RESET to defaults which is USB enabled.

I have exactly the same problem as described above.
How can you enter BIOS settings with no keyboard detected?!

Thanks for the quick reply!
I have removed the battery, discharged any residual power then tried to boot. The system boots up to "Keyboard not found...."message.
If you don't mind reading some more info below and my English, as its not my first language) I would be really grateful!
The system issues developed as follows:
1. System wouldn't boot at all. The power button LED turned Orange, thus no BIOS screen, no boot.
resolved by removing ram, removing battery then resetting them back. Got the system to boot.
2. then, the motherboard lost USB connectivity on all USB ports (the ports however, do have power on them as i can charge mobile phones
resolved by adding a PCI card with 4 USB ports on MOBO.
3. For three months or so PC worked fine (keyboard, mouse, printer connected through PCI expansion card)
4. System, again, would not boot - orange light on power button
resolved as per step 1
5. PCI expansion card lost USB connections. The PCI card does have power running on the USB ports but no data connection. (PCI card tested OK on another machine as i connected various devices)
This is where i am currently. I'm looking for another PCI card with PS2 connectors on it. I'm thinking to connect a mouse and keyboard via PS2 and hopefully gain control of the computer.
I must add that the computer ran continuously for months.
Looking forward to your opinion! thanks again
