Dell Optiplex 390 NIC quit working after Windows 7 updates

Three of our office Optlipex NIC stopped working after Windows 7 updates.  The NIC is enabled but all the services have stopped and cannot be started.

1. I have disable Anti-Virus

2. Uninstalled all the recent updates

3. Uninstall NIC drivers and install new ones.

When I go to the the ipv4, the properties are greyed out.

I put in a new hard drive and re-install windows 7 on the same PC, everything works great, so I know it is not the NIC or my cable.

That was Friday afternoon with half of the staff gone.  Monday is going to be scary if there is more 390s down.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Solution found.  There was a bad Kaspersky update.  It quarantined the tcpip.sys file

The solution is on their site.
