Dell Optiplex GX620 Front Panel USB Ports Not Working
Hi,
I am using a dell optiplex gx620 in tower casing
My front panel USB ports have stopped working all of a sudden they were functional by morning.
The front panel lights and audio input ports are all fine.
I have tried re-installing windows and all drivers but still nothing.
I insert a usb there and there is no response from the system.
Please help I cant live without using USB and according to my computer-table construction I cant use back ports every now and then.
Please help me.I love dell.

Hi, front panel USB ports are managed by the MOBO, maybe some cables got disconnected, get someone to check the internal case to verify that the front usb cords are plugged in, the back pannel ports are attached to the MOBO, and if arent working could be caused by a damage to the MOBO (motherboard). Regards
