Dell Precision 490 CPU Upgrade

Hi

My Dell Precision 490 currently runs 2 x Intel Xeon 5130 (Woodcrest) 771 LBA socket.  Would the following Intel Xeon 5160 be compatible with my system. My mobo is ODT031  / Chipset 5000X / Southbridge 6321ESB.
