Dell XPS 8920 WOL
WOL does not appear to be working on a XPS 8920. I have enabled the feature in the BIOS but when the WOL request is sent the machine does not wake. Also there is no LED activity on the NIC when in a shutdown state.

You probably have to change the Deep Sleep Control settings in BIOS too.

like RoHe said, you need to go into BIOS and disable the power saving feature for the network card.
You also have to go into windoze and enable the device to wake the system.
