thanks for the reply.......2 more questions then.....where can i go to see if my XP version is 64bit.......and wouldnt i be better off buying new RAM....since my old is 400mhz.....if i use 533mhz it will only clock at the slower speed of 400 right.........thanks again

If you have XP Home Edition, then it is 32-bit.
