Dimension E520 drivers for Win 7
Hi I have installed Windows 7 in my Dell Dimension E520 but I can't get audio. I installed the vista 32 sigmatel drivers but anything :emotion-6:

PD the support site of dell doesn't have win 7 drivers for this model :emotion-7:

The Vista drivers should work OK. Win 7 is basically an "improved" Vista. I had the Win 7 RC1 installed and all of my Vista drivers worked OK.
Did you install the chipset drivers? on a new/reinstall the required sequence is (1) Install Operating System (2) Install chipset drivers (3) Install device drivers such as sound, video, etc.
The chipset drivers are the most often skipped item in an install and one of the prime things the chipset drivers do is define (identify) the devices on the motherboard.
