E-support button not working since upgraded to xp

the e-support button isnt working since i upgraded to win xp pro ive tried looking for the drivers for it but the support page doesnt have it, and im desperate for the e-button on my dell (dimension 8100) pc to work, if i press it nothing will happen and help?

Hi, jonny_n64.

I think you will find the " E Support button " is not supported by the XP operating system

I'm not sure this will work, but Dell now has a download for thier Solution Center( for XP) and I believe the drivers for the "E" support where in the Solution Center. I think this is new( dated 10/2001 ) so it may work, but I'm not certain Dell even supports the "E" support button any more. Here is the link if you want to give it a try.

thanks for helping but it didnt owrk so did the drivers on the resource cd and as for the other reply he is right win xp doesnt support the e button
