Freezing up in the Bios

I have a Precision WS370 That I got from Dells Auction.  Lately I have been getting BSOD's with error messages like

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ; Problem with File nv4_disp : Bad Pool Header. This last time I got a HardWare failure message

I got into the Bios but it will not exit when I press Esc. The first time it hung up on the Drives  section of the Bios. Right now its hung up on the Video section of the Bios, I cannot get it to move Arrow keys do not work;  +/ - keys do not work ; Enter does not work  and niether does Esc. I have to shut down with the Power On Button (hold down 6 or 7 seconds)

I also tried to get it to boot in to safemode  and the arrows worked to get it there but it would just freeze after that.

I have XP Pro : 3 Gig Pent 4 with Hyper Threading :1024 MBs of Ram : Nvida Quadro Pro NVS 280 PCI-E 64 MB Ram

I think the original problem was with the video Card or its Driver . Anyways does anybody got any ideas?

Thanks for any help

Malron
