Front Panel Pin Assignments (34-pin) for Optiplex 170L Motherboard #C7018
I have a Optiplex 170L Motherboard (board model# C7018) and I'm putting it in a ATX case.
This board uses the 34 pin header, not the 9 pin header.
I need the Front Panel Pin Assignments for the 34-pin bus.
Does anyone know which pins control the power switch?
I just need to turn the computer on for now.

I have just taken over this board. Did you resolve the question/issue?

I have the same question. Did you determine the power switch pins?

Using a volt meter and a little guess work.....
Pin 20 is power hot and pin 19 is a ground. Momentary contact will turn on the system (the push button switch does not stay on). This works. I have done it. There is a link to photos below but they are really old and I don't know how much of it is right. If you search this forum for 34 pin front panel you will find some other references. One guy said 20 and 18. This did not work for me.
Determining the pins:
pin 21 is cut off.
